The Royal Tour
While the North Rim is less crowded - but only open seasonally - Grand Canyon's South Rim is home to the most majestic views. Here, one can see the layers in all their glory, with history stretching back millions of years.
One of the most unique spots along the South Rim is Desert View. Located at the far eastern end of the park, it is home to this 1932 tower, built in native style.
Mather Point holds the most iconic view of Grand Canyon.
The Rim Walk stretches the length of the South Rim, with amazing views along every turn.
