The Royal Tour
Hamburg, Germany is an awesome city. More than that, it is one with some truly spectacular architecture. Let's start with the brick facades of the warehouse district.
Called the speicherstadt, this historic district is now home to hotels, residences, and even museums.
In the background, you'll see the Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg's ultra modern concert venue, designed to look like the sails of a ship.
If you like church towers, Hamburg has some great ones, like St. Peter's Church.
This burnt out spire belongs to St. Nikolai. Bombed during World War Two, it was left as a shell to be a memorial to war.
This spectacular building is Hamburg's city hall, which holds almost as many rooms as Buckingham Palace!
